 General Policy

At Al Noor Chemical Industry PVT Ltd, we supply high-grade industrial chemicals in bulk, and we take pride in ensuring product quality, packaging integrity, and accurate delivery. However, due to the sensitive nature of chemical products and industrial packaging, we follow a strict no-return policy for opened or used items.

Eligible for Return or Exchange

We offer returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong product or incorrect quantity

   

• The product was damaged or leaking upon delivery

   

• The packaging was tampered with or defective

   

If any of the above issues occur, please report them within 48 hours of delivery.

What We Require

To initiate a return or exchange, you must:

• Share photos/videos as evidence of the issue
• Provide the invoice/order number

   

• Ensure the product is unopened and unused

   

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened, used, or tampered packaging
• Products returned after 48 hours of delivery
• Items damaged due to improper storage by the buyer
• Bulk orders specifically manufactured or customized for your business

Refund Policy

If your return request is approved:

• We offer product replacement, store credit, or partial refund based on the situation
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days

   

• Refunds are only made via original payment method or verified bank transfer

Return Process

All returns must be shipped back using a trusted courier or delivery partner. Shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless the error was on our part.
